Booking Process

• While doing payment for this booking kindly proceed for full payment option only please note incase of partial payment booking will be considered as not valid.

• Once your booking is completed through our website, our executive will contact you within 12 working hours to begin the process of reserving your helicopter seats.

• The executive will collect the necessary details such as your name, ID proof, gender, and age.

• After receiving all the required information, your helicopter tickets will be processed and issued to you through Whatsapp within 48 working hours, subject to availability and operational approval.

• All helicopter rides are subject to availability, weather conditions, and operational clearance.

• We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance. Your booking will be confirmed only after full payment. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled automatically.

• Flight schedules may change or be cancelled due to bad weather, technical issues, or government regulations.

• All passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID on the day of travel.

• No refund will be provided to passengers who fail to report at the boarding point on time (no-show).

• Passengers must strictly follow the assigned boarding time. Late arrival may result in cancellation without refund.

• Once the booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
